Yvonne Sarah Richardson

Yvonne Sarah Richardson, age 76, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on August 15, 2022 in Abingdon, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Evelyn (Sampson) Bantum. Yvonne worked at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD as Administrative Coordinator retiring after 45 years. She enjoyed putting together their newsletter even after her retirement. Yvonne loved watching the cooking channel and cooking, she found peace with her plants and enjoyed taking care of them, she could get them to bloom by just walking into the room. She enjoyed going to Atlantic City with her girlfriends.

Yvonne is survived by her daughters, Tracy Odette Stanley, Yvette Kimberly Richardson and brother, Raymond E. Bantum, Sr.

In addition to her parents, Yvonne was preceded in death by brothers, Walter E. Bantum, III and Karl E. Bantum.
