William S. Mitchell, age 81, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on February 24, 2023, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, he was the son of the late William and Edith (McNeely) Mitchell and husband of Debra (Trees) Mitchell.
The Family will be hosting a celebration of life at Otter Point Yacht Club 600 Otter Point Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009 on Sunday March 5th from 1 – 5 pm.
