William "Will" Hiram Hopkins, Jr., age 59, of Street, Maryland, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026 surrounded by his family, in Bel Air, Maryland.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Will was the beloved son of Wanda Carolyn (Parks) Hooper and the late William Hiram Hopkins, Sr.

Will was a loving father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend whose greatest joy was the people he loved. He shared a deep and abiding love with his soulmate, Donna, whose love and companionship brought him great joy throughout their years together. He cherished every opportunity to spend time with family and friends, and nothing made him smile more than creating lasting memories with those he loved, especially his beloved grandchildren, who brought him immeasurable joy.

A devoted man of faith, Will was a Baptist and attended Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church. He relied on his faith and the love of the Lord to guide him through life's challenges. He was a strong man who never complained, always putting the needs of others before his own, even while courageously battling his illness.

Will loved the Lord with all his heart and often shared how Jesus Christ had transformed his life. His faith was evident in the way he lived—with compassion, kindness, and a servant's heart—and he found great joy in encouraging others with the hope he had found in Christ. His life reflected God's love and left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Will found joy in life's simple pleasures, including fishing, camping, taking country rides, and spending time at the beach, where he found peace and contentment in the beauty of nature. He also had a love for animals, especially his beloved late cat, Lucky, who held a special place in his heart.

Will is survived by his daughter, Amanda and her husband Alfred Ebrado; his son, William Hopkins, III; his stepson, David Hicks, Jr.; his beloved grandchildren, Hugo Ebrado and Romana Ebrado; his mother, Wanda Carolyn (Parks) Hooper, and stepfather, Frederick “Butch” Toby Hooper; his beloved soulmate, Donna Cooper-Greb; his brothers, Brian and his wife Trish Hopkins and Ricky Hopkins; his sisters, Tammy and her husband Jim Bowman and Rhonda Hopkins; along with many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Will's strength, unwavering faith, generous spirit, and kind heart will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
