William Edward ''Bill'' Chell

William Edward "Bill" Chell, 88, of Whiteford, MD passed away on December 30, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Frank Russell Chell and Beulah Catherine (Hare) Chell Jones and husband of the late Alma Jean Chell. He retired in 1983 from the C&P Telephone Company.

Mr. Chell is survived by his daughters, Constance Paradise of Alexandria, VA, Robin Bowers of Summerville, SC, Amy Roberson of Whiteford and Lori Chell of Palco, KS; sister, Catherone Tilley of Spartanburg, SC; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and stepdaughters, Deborah J. Rexroth, Judy M. Brewer and Betty Jo Williams. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his brother, Frank R. Chell and sister, Marie Chell.
