William ''Bill'' Russell Bieber Jr.

William "Bill" Russell Bieber, Jr., of Abingdon, MD, died at the age of 79 on September 2, 2016 at Seasons Hospice@Franklin Square in Rosedale, MD. He was born in Ft. Dodge, IA to William R. Bieber and Izetta M. (Read) Hansen and was the husband of the late Betty Ann Bieber. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the American Legion. His one true love was being a referee where he worked many state baseball, football and basketball games. He loved watching sports, especially the Baltimore Ravens and Chicago Cubs.
Survivors include his sons, Stephen R. Bieber Sr. of Dundalk and Robert C. Danna Sr. (Mischele) of Panama City, FL; his daughters, Karen L. O'Dea (Rick) of Dundalk and Constance Blankenship of Abingdon; grandsons, Robert C. Danna Jr., Cody Danna, Ryan O'Dea, Sean O'Dea, Stephen R. Bieber Jr., Shane W. Bieber, Shaun W. Bieber and Noah M. Early; and one great-granddaughter.
