On Wednesday September 7, 2011, Virgina Elizabeth Garner of Forest Hill, Maryland. Survived by husband Joe C. Garner, daughter Susan G. Garner, her son Randy Garner and his wife Kristin and their 2 daughters Jayme, and Haley of Forest Hill, Maryland and her brother Jack Beamer of Edgewater, Florida. Graveside service will be held Saturday September 10, 2011 at 2:30 PM from the Jarrettsville Cemetery, 3737 Federal Hill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Pastor William Rivers officiating. In lieu of flowers:
