Virginia Duvall Miller

On Sunday, February 15, 2015, Virginia Duvall Miller of White Hall, Maryland passed away. Daughter of the late Frank - Lillian Nichols; wife of the late Elson B. Duvall and the late Frank Miller. Mother of Virgina Christina Scarlett; grandmother of John Benjamin Scarlett; Joshua Elson Scarlett. Also survived by a brother- John C. Nichols. Visitation will be Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 1-4 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
