Travis Wayne Barnhart, age 42, of Leola, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, in Leola, PA. Born in West Germany, Travis was the beloved son of Jonah Marie (Venters) Barnhart and Richard Lee Barnhart, both of whom survive him.

Travis proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps as a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Following his honorable service, he dedicated his career to working as a mechanic, specializing in repairing lawn equipment. Travis was known for his strong work ethic, mechanical skill, and willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need.

He was a 2000 graduate of Harford Tech. He graduated the MMI in Phoenix, AZ which was exclusively for Harley Davdson’s. He enjoyed his motorcycles, RC Cars, and pellet guns.

In addition to his parents, Travis is survived by his step mother Kim Barnhart; brother, Trevor (Brittany) Barnhart; his step brother Daemon Porter; his aunt, Janet Yakey; among his many cousins, he is survived by, Andrew Yakey and Anna Yakey; his uncle, Donald Venters; his aunt, Debra McGregor; his uncle, Timothy Barnhart; his aunt, Sandra Barnhart; and many extended and family members. Travis is survived by Anneliese Gray (Oma) and predeceased by Glen Gray (Opa).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Travis’s memory to Wounded Warriors Project.

Travis will be remembered for his service to his country, his dedication to his craft, and the love he had for his family.
