Thomas Richard Smith

Thomas Richard Smith, age 73, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on October 25, 2020 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware. He was the foster son of the late William and Anna Culler and husband of Rose Marie Smith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He loved the outdoors and hunting, was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens football team and enjoyed his truck.

In addition to his wife of 48 years, Thomas is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Smith. He was the brother of Bill Culler, John Smith, Patricia Poisal, Fran Arvig, and Shirley Hellems.

Interment will be private at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
