Thomas Joseph Fineagan

Thomas (Tommy) Joseph Fineagan, age 57, of Forest Hill, Maryland, passed away on December 31, 2023, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland surrounded by his loving family. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the beloved son of Mary (Parker) Fineagan and the late Thomas John Fineagan.
Tommy had a vibrant personality, marked by a quick-witted sense of humor that endeared him to those around him. In addition to his engaging personality, he was in the midst of creating an invention known as the "One- Step Caulking Tape," showcasing his innovative spirit and creativity.
A passionate music enthusiast, Tommy found joy in playing the drums. He also held an unwavering support for the Baltimore Ravens and demonstrated his dedication as a longtime fan enjoying weekly phone conversations, he had with his cousin Michael while watching the games together.
In his younger years, Tommy enjoyed fishing and crabbing with his dad and cousin on his dad’s jon boat.
Tommy was known to many for his plumbing skills with years of experience in the field. He then went on to work at NAPA for several years.
Tommy is survived by his sister, Margie (Rob) MacCubbin; niece, Sarah (Ryan) Martin; nephews, Rob (Stacy) MacCubbin and Ryan MacCubbin; great nephews, Ben Martin, Robbie MacCubbin, and Jacob MacCubbin; and great nieces, Lexi Martin and Josie MacCubbin.
In remembrance of Tommy, the family suggests contributions be made to BARCS (Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter), 2490 Giles Road, Baltimore, MD 21225.
A celebration of Tommy’s life will be held at a later date.
