Husband of Mary Fraticelli Voss, father of Samuel Thomas Voss, Elizabeth Voss Murray and step-father to Matthew Turney McKnight. Grandfather to Genevieve and Thomas. Funeral service will be be held Monday, January 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM from the St. James Episcopal Church (My Ladys Manor) 3100 Monkton Road, Monkton, Maryland 21111. Interment in the church cemetery.
