Terrance M. "Terry" Brennan

Terrance Michael Brennan, age 91, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Lorien Rehabilitation Center in Bel Air, Maryland.

Born on December 2, 1934, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Terrance was the beloved son of the late Terrence A. Brennan and the late Agnes (Corcoran) Brennan.

A proud graduate of St. Nicholas High School in Wilkes-Barre, Terry honorably served his country in the United States Army. Following his military service, he earned his undergraduate degree from King's College in Wilkes-Barre before continuing his education at the University of Maryland, where he received a master’s degree in social work administration.

After completing his education, Terry made Baltimore, Maryland, his home, where he devoted more than 30 years of his professional life to serving the City of Baltimore as a social work administrator. His dedication to helping others and improving the lives of those in his community reflected his compassionate spirit and commitment to public service.

A man of deep faith and service, Terry was a dedicated Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Council. Throughout the years, he faithfully served as Grand Knight and held numerous leadership roles within the Maryland State Chapters of the Knights of Columbus.

During his retirement, Terry embraced his love of travel with close friends, exploring destinations around the world and enjoying countless college and professional sporting events. A devoted Baltimore sports fan, he was a longtime Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles season ticket holder and spent many memorable evenings cheering on his favorite teams.

Terrance was preceded in death by his parents, Terrence A. Brennan, and Agnes Brennan; his sister, Agnes Janice Skelly; his brother, Paul Brennan.

He is survived by his nephew, Brian Skelly, his wife Elizabeth Skelly, great nephew Connor Skelly his wife, Dana Skelly, and great-great nieces Croia, and Clare Skelly, nephew Paul Brennan, Jr.; his niece, Kathleen Brennan; and many extended family members, fellow Knights of Columbus, and friends who will fondly remember his kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to others.
