Obituary

Terrance Jaden Jones, age 18, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in Baltimore.

Terrance was born in Maryland to Kierra Brown and Edward Jones.

Terrance was a kind young man who did not ask for much. Whatever he wanted, he worked hard to achieve. He was a gentle kid who grew into a great young man. Terrance loved his parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins deeply. He especially loved basketball, and his favorite team was the Golden State Warriors. He was very smart and quietly witty, with a kind heart and a personality that could light up any room.

Terrance was more than just a presence on this earth—he had a spirit that everyone gravitated toward. He was protective of his siblings and loved them dearly. One of his favorite sayings was, “God got me.” At the end of the day, we are not here to mourn his death but to celebrate his life and the memories he created that touched all of us. May we continue to keep his memory and legacy alive, just as he would have wanted.

Terrance is survived by his loving family: his mother, Kierra (Naim) Brown; his father, Edward (Kristy) Jones; his sisters, Cioney Jones and Lashawna McMillan; his brother, Jeramiah Jones; his grandmothers, Julia Stevenson and Lisa Mack; his grandfather, Rafael Mack; his uncles, Robert Jones and Charlie Brown; his aunts, Iris Jones and Jocelyn Mack; and many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
