Stewart "Butch" Grant

Stewart "Butch" Grant, 73, of Edgewood, MD passed away on August 16, 2015 at his home in Havre de Grace. Born in Hopkinsville, KY, he was the son of the late Clyde Wilson Grant and Ima Jean (Stewart) Grant. He was an accomplished artist and wood carver, and owned and operated a home contracting business.

Mr. Grant is survived by his wife of 51 years, Frances E. (Shortt) Grant; children, Dale Wilson Grant and Denise Eileen McDougall both of Harford County; sisters, Sandy, Patsy and Paula; grandsons, David A. McDougall Jr., Shawn M. McDougall, Zachary W. Grant and Nicholas J. Grant; great-granddaughters, Addison J. McDougall and Avery E. McDougall; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Joe.
