Steven Rozankowski

Age 70, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 11, 2025.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Steven was the beloved son of the late John and Margaret (McDougall) Rozankowski. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Cheryl, and Barbara.

Steven was married to his lovely wife of 44 years, Loretta (Schatz) Rozankowski.and was the devoted father of Matthew Rozankowski and his wife Stephanie, Jonathan Rozankowski and his wife Heather, and Stephanie LaMason and her husband Stephen. He was the proud grandfather of Cameron, Henry, Warren, Josslyn, Emersyn, and Ryleigh. He is also survived by his brothers, John and Thomas, and his sister, Dona.

Steven retired in September 2014 as a Lieutenant from the Baltimore City Fire Department after 36 years of service with Engine 5 Truck 3. He was a skilled handyman who took pride in accomplishing something every day and could fix just about anything. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, often accommodating his wife’s love of nature, and enjoyed fishing, hiking, and spending time with his grandchildren and family.
