Stanley A. Sheridan

Stanley A. Sheridan, age 55, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on June 9, 2014 at his home. Born in Millville, NJ, he is the son of Janice Meuschke Sheridan of Bel Air and the late Walter W. Sheridan. He was a 1976 graduate of Edgewood High School and was on the swim team at both Harford Community College and University of Maryland where in 1980 he earned his BS Degree in Agronomy. In 1981, along with his parents, he opened his own business, Country Garden Center in Bel Air, which is still operating successfully after 33 years. His work ethic was tremendous which was reflected in the way he managed his business. A genuine outdoors person, he loved fishing, boating, gardening, hiking, animals, and activities with the kids.

Mr. Sheridan is survived by his wife, Susan B. (Halsey) Sheridan; sons, Steven Carl Sheridan and Matthew John Sheridan both of Bel Air; daughters, Lindsay Catherine Sheridan and Emma Bly Sheridan both of Bel Air; and sister, Dr. Judith A. Jackwood of Wooster, OH. and many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
