Shirley Wilkinson

Shirley Wilkinson, age 91, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away on July 7, 2023 at Forest Hill Heights. Born in Johnston County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late James and Sallie (Rhodes) Wadsworth and wife of the late Ernest William Wilkinson Jr. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and a good book, but she loved spending time with her family, most especially her 12 grandchildren. 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.

Shirley is survived by her daughters, Sally Haines, and Deborah Heineke; sons, Patrick Wilkinson, and Ernest Wilkinson III; and sister, Betsy Weaver. In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her sister, Maddie Smart.
