Sarah Jane Holland

Sarah Jane Holland, age 101, of Abingdon, MD, died on April 17, 2010 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air, MD. Born in Sant'Angelo di Brolo, Sicily, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Catherine Mondello Muscara and wife of the late Theodore Holland. During WWII she worked at the Steel Mill in Weirton, WV as part of the war effort. She was an avid homemaker and caregiver.

Mrs. Holland is survived by her son, Joseph Holland and wife, Michelle, of Mt. Vernon, VA; daughter, Theodora J. Di Stefano and husband, Robert, of Abingdon, MD; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
