Sandra L. Blackburn

Sandra L. Blackburn, age 67, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, in Bel Air. Born in Harford County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Thomas Blackburn and Elizabeth Irene (Stokes) Blackburn.

Sandra was the beloved wife of Thomas William Pentz, Jr. She was a devoted mother to Amanda (Daniel) Witt, Daniel (Stephanie) Pentz, and Jonathan (Jessica) Pentz; and a loving grandmother to Sophia Witt, Charlotte Pentz, and Lila Pentz.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by sister, Sharon Blackburn.

Sandra was known for her warm heart, creativity, and strong faith. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and she took great pride in her beautiful flower garden, where she created unique sections inspired by different countries. A huge animal lover, she adored her two dogs, Paco and Marshmallow. Sandra was also a passionate member of Grace Assembly of God Church in Bel Air, where her faith was an important part of her life. She loved spending time at the beach, watching the waves, and taking weekend trips with her husband to explore new cities.
