Samuel B. King

Samuel B. King, age 70, went to be with the Lord on March 31, 2010. He was the son of the late John H. and Ethel N. Houck King. He is preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his wife, Gloria I. King of Aberdeen, MD; sister, Betty Vipperman of Dalzell, SC; and many nieces and nephews. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served three tours in Vietnam from 1969 to 1972. He retired from Harford County Public Schools after 15 years at Edgewood Elementary School.

Pallbearers will be Sgt. Charles N. Jones (USMC), Duayne Druyor, Dean Cox, Charles Vipperman, Stanley Bacezski, and Tom Hinton.
