Ruth Walter Lawrence

Ruth Walter Lawrence, age 75, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on November 20, 2017 at her home in Forest Hill, surrounded by family. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Hugh Smith Walter and Alma Flavia (Baughman) Walter. She was part owner of the Hallmark Store in Rising Sun. She absolutely loved her grandchildren, and enjoyed spending time with the people from her therapy swim group.

Mrs. Lawrence is survived by her husband, James A. Lawrence; son, James A. Lawrence, II and his wife, Tracey; daughter, Debra Lawrence Mezzatesta and her husband, Anthony; grandchildren, Cortney, Caitlin, AJ Lawrence and Taylor, Cam, Logan Mezzatesta; and half-sister, Barbara Holloway of Darlington.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Delores Healy.
