On Tuesday, March 18, 2014, Russell Leonard Wagner of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away. Husband of Margaret Walsh Wagner; father of Linda Wilson; Susan Awalt; and Sharon Cook. Grandfather of Russell; Wesley; Kelly; Katie; Kristen and Scott. Also survived by 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 1- 2:30 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Memorial service will be Sunday at the funeral home at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers:
