Rose L. Poole

Rose L. Poole, age 79, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on January 3, 2014 at her home. Born in Sparta, NC, she was the daughter of the late Emmett Clarence and Nora Richardson Petty and wife of the late Charles Lester Jones Jr. and the late Ralph Howard Poole. She was retired from Harford Community College and attended Oak Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed basket weaving, painting, crafting and porcelain dolls. She also enjoyed traveling and spending time with family.

Mrs. Poole is survived by her son, Michael S. Jones and wife, Cheryl, of Bel Air; daughter, Sheila A. Anders and husband, Ron, of Elkton; four grandchildren, Jason Gullion, Kelly Jones, Rhonda Willien and Matthew Gullion; five great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Eloise Gouge of Dublin. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra L. Gullion; brothers, Ray, Cecil and Vaughn Petty; and sister, Ivalie Petty.

Pallbearers will be Jason Gullion, Matthew Gullion, Randy Tressler, Scott Jackson, Keith Thompson and Steve Parker.
