Rose Marie Krajca

Rose Marie Krajca, age 87, of Long Bar Harbor, Harford County, Maryland passed away on May 17, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born January 1, 1936 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of John and Rose (Kortus) Cervin and wife of the late Louis Krajca. She was a graduate of Eastern High School class of '54, Baltimore Sokol member for 70 years and taught gymnastics at Bata Shoe Company for 25 years. She spent many years volunteering at the Abingdon Fire Company, first as an EMT, then in the auxiliary. She was a Life Member and a member of the Harford/Cecil Fireman's Hall of Fame.

Rose Marie is survived by her son, Joseph Krajca; her daughter, Victoria (Krajca) Groth; 4 grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ann C. Huber and her brother John Cervin.
