Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary (Wilhelm) Hall and husband of Mary (Johnson) Hall. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and Pop-pop. In addition to his wife Robert is survived by his daughter, Amber (Carlton) Nicole Olsen; son, Robert (Roseann) V. Hall, III; grandson, Robert V. Hall, IV; and brothers, Michael (Melissa) Alan Hall, and Mark (Michele) David Hall.
