Robert J. Donald, Jr., age 74, of Forest Hill, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Born in Jamaica, New York, he was the son of the late Robert Joseph Donald, Sr. and Joan Taureck.

Robert was a proud United States Army Veteran, having served during the Vietnam Era. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Penn State University and remained a lifelong supporter of PennState, especially their football program.

Robert worked as a civil engineer for 20 years and then was an enthusiastic entrepreneur for 25 years. He owned and operated many recycling businesses during that time and was most proud of his successful company, CDM eCycling in Baltimore, MD. Aside from his passion for recycling and the environment, he enjoyed reading and listening to music. He loved attending concerts, and often traveled on his own adventures. During his travels, he loved trying different types of food.

He is survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Gina Donald; his daughters, Heather (Steve) Musick and Adrienne (Chris) Gettman; his grandchildren, Earl Crickenberger, Joseph Crickenberger, Grace Crickenberger, Makenna Musick, Aiden Gettman, and Connor Gettman; his great-grandchild, Vivian Grace; his siblings, Susan Donald, Scott Donald, Erin Radecsky, and Stacey Hirschel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ladew Topiary Gardens.
