Robert William Bonham was born in Sugar Grove, Virginia, age 90, went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2026.

Born to the late Charlie Millard and Vinnie Bonham. He moved to Maryland at the age of 15 where he worked on a local farm in Harford County. He enlisted with the Army at the age 18. After his military service he worked and lived at the Bata Shoe Company. Where he met his late wife of 62 years, Hattie. He then moved on to work for Chrysler Corporation for 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with family, watching football, baseball and doing word search books. He especially enjoyed Nascar and the time he spent with the Ricky Viers Racing Team, as the spotter and radio man during the race.

He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother. He leaves behind two daughters, Debra Hoffman and husband Mark of Fallston, Md., Joyce Lynch, and husband Robert of Conowingo, Md., grandchildren Daniel Lynch of Conowingo, Md., Michael Lynch and wife Sarah of Rising Sun, Md., Kimberely Bauguess of Fallston, Md., April Baugess of Forest Hill, Md., David Baugess, of Bel Air, Md. great grandchildren, Elizabeth Lynch, Michael Lynch Jr., Dalton Lynch, Gwendolyn Lynch, Jake Bauguess-Kimes, Jon Bauguess-Kimes, Allison Bauguess-Kimes, Carly Soliz, and Maci Soliz.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie Bonham, siblings Margie Cox, Lucille Testerman, Genell Blevins, Martha Robinson, Wanda Sumner, Sharon Reedy, Ralph Bonham, Mabel Waller, Eva Spencer, Lawrence Bonham, and Grover Bonham.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
