Rita Mary Nurse

RITA “MARY” NURSE, of Fallston, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on September 28, 2002. She was 73.

Born on April 24, 1929 in Bristol, England, she was the daughter of the late George and Lilian Hill Whitbread, and the beloved wife of the late Fredrick Kenneth Nurse who preceded her in death in 1976. She was retired from Black & Decker and was a member of Madonna A.A.R.P.

Mrs. Nurse is survived by two sons, Martin Stuart Nurse and his wife Donna of Street; Christopher Kenneth Nurse and his wife Melissa of Orlando, Florida; four grandsons, Martin Stuart Nurse II of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania, Justin Michael Nurse of Street, Maryland, Austin Frederick Nurse and Hunter Colgate Nurse, both of Orlando, Florida; a great grandson, Martin Stuart Nurse III; one brother; and three sisters.

Services will be held in McComas Funeral Home, P.A. in Bel Air on Friday, October 4, 2002 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home in Bel Air on Thursday, October 3, 2002 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Martin Stuart Nurse II, Justin Michael Nurse, William E. Geasey and Samuel S. Geasey III.
