Rick Frank

Rick Frank, age 71, of Joppa, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Kenneth Paul Frank and Marjorie Aileen (Parran) Frank.

Rick was the devoted husband of Vicki Lynn Frank, with whom he shared over 50 wonderful years of marriage. He was a loving father to Kenny Frank and Chris Frank and wife Mel Frank, and a proud grandfather to Kenny Frank, Jr., Emilie Frank, Skye Burdett, and Rozzy Burdett.

He is also survived by his sisters, Joann Prendergast, Barbara Frank, and Trisha Drake.
