Reba V. Tozer

Reba V. Tozer, age 84, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on January 11, 2012 at her home. Born in Gibson, GA, she was the daughter of the late Sterling and Alsie Newsoma Reese and the beloved wife of the late Raymond Tozer. She had worked for Aberdeen Proving Ground where she was a secretary.

Mrs. Tozer is survived by her sister, Sarah Loflin and husband, George, of GA; a few nieces and nephews; her neighbors, APG co-workers and golf friends. She was loved by her friend and nurse, Jody Snyder, and was surrounded by a group of wonderful caregivers, Sara, Jen, Jess, Fran, Mandy, Val, Angela, Mellissa, and Dee.
