Raymond M. Ruff

Raymond M. Ruff, age 82, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on May 1, 2023, at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of William A. Ruff, Sr., and Agnes (Daneker) Ruff, and younger brother to William A. Ruff, Jr.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He was a civil engineer for the U.S. Government and was a devoted caretaker for his parents for 40 years.

Raymond is survived by his nephews, Robert William (Wendy) Ruff and Brian August (Mary) Ruff, as well as his grandnephews Michael, Aaron, Ryan and Will, and grandniece Katherine. Special thanks to his caretakers, Margarita Gavilanez, Matt Decker, and Ryan Decker, who made his final years comfortable.
