Randy W. Denny

Randy W. Denny, age 71, of Churchville, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 16, 2025. He was born in Havre De Grace, MD, the son of the late William Lundy Denny and June (Campbell) Denny.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his sister, Willa Harkins.

He is survived by his children, Matthew Denny and his spouse Jennifer, Michelle Denny and her partner Robert Perez, and Morgan Denny and her spouse Allison Mulford; his grandchildren, Mason Denny, Aidan “A.J.” Denny, Jenevieve “Evie” Perez, and Miles Mulford; his siblings, Billy Denny and Elaine Nowinsky and his former wife Colleen Denny.

Randy retired on December 1, 2009, from Harford County Government as Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment after more than 35 years of dedicated service. He cherished time spent with his grandchildren and family, and in his younger years, he enjoyed fishing and dancing. He attended Perry Hall Baptist Church and his faith was incredibly important to him.
