Randall "Randy" P. Cogar

Randall "Randy" P. Cogar, age 77, of Middle River, Maryland, passed away on July 7, 2023 at his home. Born in Monongah, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Carroll Thomas Cogar and Lois Jacqueline (Bagshaw) Maxwell. He was the husband of 58 years to his love, Shirley Ann Cogar. In addition to his wife, Randy is survived by his sons, Mark P. Cogar, and his wife Kathleen, and Todd P. Cogar, and his wife Tracey; grandchildren, Tyler, Hanna, Joshua, Abigail, and Ethan. He is also survived by brother, Damon Cogar; sisters, Genanne Knight, Susan Cox, Brenda O'Donnell, and Cynthia Keegan.

Randy owned Cogar Printing, Inc. for over 40 years, and was an active member in his community business and civic organizations. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing in the mountains of Western Maryland with his family.
