Ralph V. Crouse, Jr., age 81, of Forest Hill, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

Born in Maryland, he was the son of the late Harriett Elizabeth (Patton) Crouse and Ralph V. Crouse, Sr. He attended Bel Air Elementary and High Schools and graduated in 1962 from North Harford High School.

Ralph will be remembered for his hilarious personality and his wonderful sense of humor, which brought joy to those around him. He was a person who made friends wherever he went—from grocery stores and pharmacies to medical offices—but his favorite place was the local dollar store. He found great comfort and companionship in watching television, especially PBS, and had a fondness for old Westerns. Ralph also had a deep appreciation for music and loved divas such as Barbara Streisand and Celine Dion. Known for his unique and endearing style, he wore his beanie cap at all hours of the day.

In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his sister, Jacquelyn Crouse.
