Phyllis Jean Siler

Phyllis Jean (Walden) Siler, age 78, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on May 23, 2014 at Hart Heritage in Street, MD. Born in Jellico, TN, she was the daughter of the late Rev. James Alton Walden and Edna Lawrence Douglas Walden. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and had worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Reynolds. She enjoyed square dancing with the Yellow Rockers Square Dance Club.

Mrs. Siler is survived by her husband, who she married in 1954, James Darrion Siler; sons, J. Steve Siler and wife, Tammy, of York, PA, Gary W. Siler and wife, Amy, and Ricky D. Siler, all of Street; brothers, Rev. Jerome Walden and Rev. Jasper Walden both of TN, Rev. Jimmy Walden of OH and Tony Walden of AZ; sisters, Bertha (Tootsie) Vaughan of AL and Judy Walden Landes of TN; and grandchildren, Shaun Siler of CA, Jeffrey Darrion Siler of Street, Sarah Siler of Bel Air, Tori Siler and Kaylee Siler both of Street. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Siler and sister, Sue Davis.
