Phillip Wayne ''Phil'' Higgins

Phillip Wayne "Phil" Higgins, age 57, of Belcamp, MD, passed away suddenly on March 25, 2013. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Charles Higgins Jr. and Ruth Leona McNeil Higgins. He was a maintenance worker for Baltimore County and enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He had a good sense of humor, could laugh at anything and would help you at the drop of a hat. He loved having daughters and a granddaughter.

Mr. Higgins is survived by his daughters, Sara Ruth Higgins of Baltimore, Heather Lauren Higgins of Belcamp, Melissa Gail Higgins Hanna and her husband, Samuel Caleb Hanna, of Abingdon and Rebecca Grace Higgins of Belcamp; brother, Charles Higgins of Bel Air; sisters, Brenda Rose of VA, Sue Koger of Edgewood, Kathy Wernig of Delta, PA and Wendee Kostelnik of La Porte, TX; and one grandchild with another on the way.
