On Friday January 20, 2017, Philip Edward Fogwell of White Hall, Maryland passed away. Son of the late Clayton Fogwell and the late Blanche Dalton Fogwell; husband of the late Marian Lower Fogwell; father of Laurie Wallis; Donna Gursky; Phyllis Murawski. Memorial Service will be held Saturday February 4, 2017 at 11 AM from the Ayres Chapel United Methodist Church, 3046 Ayres Chapel Road White Hall, Maryland 21161. In lieu of flowers:
