Peggy S. Werner

Peggy S. Werner, age 84, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on January 18, 2017 at her home. Born in Maysville, Georgia, she was the daughter of Fletcher and Grogan (Lord) Spear and wife of the late Manfred B. Werner.

Mrs. Werner is survived by three daughters, Whitney W. Moore, Jacquelyn B. Werner and Kimberly A. Bright; and two granddaughters, Brin Moore and Taylor Bright.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Fletcher Spear, Jr.
