Margaret “Peggy” Lee Jones, age 63, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on September 27, 1962, in Baltimore, MD, Peggy lived a life that was uniquely her own. She called many places home throughout the years, but she found her greatest peace at the beach. Peggy enjoyed vacationing with her sisters, traveling with friends, and visiting her daughters and precious grandchildren. She was known for her strong will, determination, and independent spirit. If her life could be described by a song, it would be "My Way" by Frank Sinatra. Peggy will always be remembered for her bright smile and kind heart.

Peggy is survived by her daughters, Jennifer (Justin) Otis, April (Brandon) Showers, and Samantha (Scott) Beard; her beloved grandchildren, Tristan, Autumn, Jaxon, Caleb, Brady, Gabriella, and Callie May; and her siblings, Jerry (Cheryl) Trump, Jim (Sandy) Davidson, Diane Davidson, Robert (Linda) Lupton III, and Mary Lupton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Doris and Robert Lupton Jr.

While our family already misses her deeply, we find comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering. We hope she is exactly where she always wanted to be, on a beautiful beach, with the ocean breeze, a drink in her hand, and complete peace in her heart.

Peggy’s wishes were to be cremated, and her ashes spread at sea. Her daughters fulfilled those wishes with a beautiful farewell in the turquoise waters of Clearwater, FL, on June 18, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held in September 2026, where family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the life she lived.
