Peggy Jean Martin

PEGGY JEAN MARTIN, age 71, of Davidsonville, MD, formerly of Joppa for most of her life, died on September 20, 2006, at her daughter’s home. Born in Ostego, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Curtis and Luna Alice Lambert Stoneman and the wife of the late Edward Bevington Martin Jr. She was a floral designer for Goldies Florist in Edgewood and later at Amanda’s Florist in Havre de Grace. She also worked at Trinity Lutheran Church as a custodian, where she was a member. She adored her grandchildren and enjoyed retirement, traveling with her family and friends.

Mrs. Martin is survived by two sons, Harvey C. Martin of Houston, TX, and Eric E. Martin of Philadelphia, PA; two daughters, Linda A. Austin of Davidsonville, MD, and Sheila D. Blackiston of Fallston, MD; and six grandchildren.
