Paul Beatty Harlan Jr.

On September 24, 2010, Paul Harlan, Jr. a retired farmer, died at home after a long illness. He was 80. Mr. Harlan, son of the late Paul and Katharine Harlan, was a graduate of the University of Maryland and a lifetime resident of Churchville.

Survivors include brothers Henry and George, sisters Oleita Genshaw and Louise Umbarger. Also nephews Michael Harlan and Worley Umbarger, Jr, and nieces Sarah Genshaw Wegley, Martha Genshaw Ulman, and Kate Umbarger-Dallam, and many great nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be private.
