Patricia "Pat" Brigid O'Connor

Patricia (Pat) (Memaw) Brigid O’Connor, age 84, of Bel Air, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Bel Air. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Brennan and Alice (Seldomridge) Drager.

Pat was the beloved wife of Patrick Joseph O’Connor and devoted mother of Maureen (Patrick) O’Shea, Lorie (David) Thompson, Madeline (Michael) Emm, and. She was a cherished grandmother to David, Kevin, Brian, Jason, Michele, Patrick, Maeve, and Michaela, and a loving great-grandmother to Camryn Thompson. Pat is also survived by her brother, Robert (Rosalie) Windham, and her sister, Saundra (Dan) Smith.

She retired in 2003 from Baltimore City after 22 years of dedicated service as a Parking Agent. Earlier in her life, Pat owned and operated her own hair salon in Co. Cork, Ireland, known as Patricia’s. She was a longtime member of St. Margaret Catholic Church, where she enjoyed her faith and community for over 20 years. Pat loved reading and doing puzzles, cooking dinner for her family, and spending treasured time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM at McComas Family Funeral Homes, Abingdon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Margaret Catholic Church.
