Patricia Luella Green, age 88, of Abingdon, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 12, 2026.

Born in Barton, Maryland, Patricia was the beloved daughter of the late James Allan Martin and Lillian Blanche (Miller) Martin. She was also preceded in death by her devoted husband, Alvin C. Green; her sister, Naomi Karlowitz; and her brother, George Raymond.

Patricia lived a life defined by kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love for her family and friends. A bright shining light to everyone she met, she was known for her compassionate spirit, non-judgmental nature, and remarkable ability to listen. Family, friends, and even acquaintances often sought her counsel, knowing she would offer thoughtful advice and words of wisdom. She had a gift for making others feel valued, heard, and loved.

A talented cook and baker, Patricia found great joy in preparing meals and treats for those she cherished. She also enjoyed country line dancing, gardening, and spending time boating. Her warm home and generous heart created countless memories that will be treasured for generations to come.

Patricia was an extraordinary matriarch whose love and influence extended across five generations of her family. Her legacy of kindness, strength, and devotion will continue to live on through all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Roxanna Green, widow of the late Matthew “Chuck” Weber; Sandra Russell and her husband, Ronald Russell; and Alva Green. She was the cherished grandmother of Brittany Parks, Terilyn Williams, Patricia Weber, Adam Heilmann, Kelsey Heilmann, Marisa Cain, and Kristina Russell. She also leaves behind many beloved great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends who will miss her dearly.
