Naomi D. Anders

Naomi D. Anders, age 81, of Whiteford, Maryland passed away on November 8, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Ruth (Cutlip) Doss and wife of the late Buddy Anders for 54 years. She attended Crisfield High School. She drove an 18- wheeler then a school bus while owning a trucking company with her brother Donald. She was a strong-willed person who always added her 2 cents. She was known as Nana or mom to everyone, she always had her door open to feed all that came. Naomi loved taking care of people and making sure they were loved.  

Naomi is survived by her son, Brian (Rebecca Moulton) Dallas Anders; daughter, Dawn (Delmund) Pressell; grandchildren, Kiley Vernell Anders, Jacob Matthew Bloom, Karmann Lynn Pressell and Brian David Anders; brother, Marvin (Karen) Dale Doss; and dog, Kimmy.

In addition to her husband and parents, Naomi was preceded in death by brother, Donald Gene Doss.
