Nancy Josephine Schaub

Nancy Josephine Schaub, 80, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on April 3, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Neponset, IL, she was the daughter of the late David and Mabel Lyle Crockett and wife of the late Clarence Milton Schaub.

Mrs. Schaub is survived by her sons, Kenneth Schaub of Abingdon and William Schaub of Aberdeen; daughters, Pamela Hnyla of Florida, Janet Schaub of Bel Air, Lori Hensley and husband, Chris, of Forest Hill, Kathleen Morse and husband, Mike, of Bel Air, Jean Prezioso and husband, Mike, of Bel Air, Jane Brackins and husband, Doug, of Bel Air, Sandra Champ and husband, Bruce, of Edgewood and Nancy McVey of Edgewood; brothers, Don Crockett and wife, Arlene, of Thompson, IL and Glen Crockett and wife, Phyllis, of Atkinson, IL; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her infant daughter, Susan Schaub and son-in-law, Carlton F. McVey.

She was a stay at home mother for many years and started working for the Hess Hotel Group in 1976 and left employment due to illness in 2012. She was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens and loved her beautiful yellow lab, Josie.
