Nadia B.
Diaz
October 26, 1952 – April 5, 2026
Nadia B. Diaz, 73 of Bel Air, MD, passed away on Easter Sunday.
She was a devoted mother and loving wife to Fred, as well as a hardworking woman who spent her life caring for her family and serving her community. For many years, she worked as a school bus driver, a role she took great pride in. To the many children she transported each day, she was lovingly known as "Mrs.Betty", a familiar, kind, and comforting presence they trusted.
Over the past two years, she showed remarkable strength. After spending a year in and out of ICU, she was able to return home for nearly a year, where she continued to be surrounded by the love of her family.
She passed away peacefully in her sleep, after a long fight marked by resilience, determination and hope.
She will be remembered for her strength, her strong work ethic, and her quiet determination. Even though the hardest moments she continued to fight with grace and courage.
She is survived by her husband, Fred, and her son Papo, who will forever cherish her memory and the love she gave so freely.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her strength, dedication, and the life she built through hard work and love.
