Michael David Simmons, age 55, of Joppa, MD, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. Born in Havre De Grace, MD, he was the son of Joyce Ann Faith (Kline) Simmons and the late James Roger Simmons.
Mike was a 1988 graduate of Edgewood High School. Known for his big smile and love of conversation, he was always ready to brighten a room. He enjoyed fishing, creating cartoons with AI, and exploring his passion for photography. Mike also loved spending time outdoors and visiting local parks.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Roger Simmons. Mike is survived by his mother, Joyce Simmons, and his brothers, Brian Simmons and Mark Simmons.
