Michael Stephen Foley, Jr., age 33, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland.

Michael was the beloved son of the late Patricia Mills, and Michael Stephen Foley, Sr. (Christianne Raine Foley), both of whom survive him. He was the loving father of Ivy Foley and Michael Foley, III. He is also survived by his grandmother, Olga Foley; his brothers Jonathan Rei, Jonathan Christopher, Riley Adam, and Michael Smith, and his cousins, Curtis Mitchum and Erin Gibbs.

He attended Patterson High School where he was on the wrestling team. Michael enjoyed playing RuneScape, baseball, spending time outdoors, and being with his children and friends. Known for being the life of the party, he had a big heart and brought joy to those around him.
