Mel Kissner

Mel Kissner, age 76, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on July 4, 2018 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of William Joseph and Ursula (Seivers) Kissner and husband of the late Bonnie Lee Kissner. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoyed golfing, cars, and bowling. He was a beloved husband and father. More than anything he loved being Pop-Pop to his grandchildren and spending time with them.

Mr. Kissner is survived by two daughters, Dawn (Arthur) Kissner DeCarlo and Nicole (Damon) Stowell; son, Frank (Cindy) Kissner, Jr.; grandchildren, Ryan, Daniel and Drew Kissner, Bonnie and Julia DeCarlo, Kyle Campbell; and sister, Kathleen Downs.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Kissner.
