Mary Louise Bittner

April 3, 1948 — February 14, 2023

Mary Louise Bittner, age 74, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on February 14, 2023 at her home. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, she was the daughter of Francis and Esther (Taylor) Bittner. She retired in 2010 from Aberdeen Proving Ground where she worked for 44 years. She enjoyed gardening, reading, bird watching, bicycling, playing tennis and being with her family. Her favorite tennis player was Roger Federer.


Mary is survived by her sisters, Margaret A Arnold, Betty J. Espinoza and Helen M. (Dennis) McCollum; brothers, James W. (Sharon) Bittner and David M. (Jane) Bittner; and several nieces & nephews.


She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Nat Arnold.
